Empowered Birth Workshop

Join me for a half day empowered birth workshop for women or pregnant couples, where you’ll leave feeling empowered, informed and confident about your upcoming birthing experience. Explore and unpack beliefs and fears around the birth, and start reframing your thoughts to a more positive mindset.

You’ll learn about the physiology of birth, what happens to your hormones during and post-pregnancy, and how to create a positive birthing environment for you and your baby. I’ll teach you to move and connect inwards, guiding you with relaxation techniques, yoga, breathing exercises, and natural comfort methods for dealing with discomfort. We’ll work on pelvic positioning and pelvic balancing techniques from spinning babies and will also cover breastfeeding and postpartum care.

During this 4-hour workshop, you and your support person will learn helpful tools to ease your experience, giving you greater confidence in your respective roles. Your partner will learn hands-on techniques to support you emotionally and physically through your journey. This is a great opportunity to meet new friends, address any fears, and take some time to connect with yourself, your baby and your partner.

Restore Mini Retreat

Reset your mind and body with this 3-hour relaxation workshop. Here, you’ll recharge your body, restore your mind, and then deeply rest your spirit in a full nervous system reset. We’ll go through a gentle floor-based yoga asana session, explore breathing techniques for better breathing health, practice guided meditation, and enjoy an extended Hañsa Rest relaxation session. Open to all.

Breathe Easy Family Workshop

Come and practice yoga as a family in a fun, comfortable environment at Dome. You’ll learn a simple yoga sequence that you and your kids will quickly become familiar with so you can continue practising at home. This workshop is suitable for kids aged 7 years old and up.

We’ll learn basic breathing principles that support healthy breathing, calming the mind and the nervous system. These breathing techniques are incredibly beneficial for your overall health, well-being and immune systems. They can help to strengthen your diaphragm (the breathing muscle), slow your breathing, lower your heart rate, reduce oxygen demand and promote relaxation. Come and enjoy this awesome opportunity for a little family well-being!

$60 for two 1-hour sessions for a parent and child (suitable for 7+ years) extra child $30 for two sessions.
